ON-OFF/Mode Switching:

When the neck fan is off, press the power/level button to turn it on, with the default being level 1. Click the button again for level 2, and a third time for level 3. Press the button a fourth time to turn the fan off, cycling through the speeds. Long-press the switch/gear button for 1.5 seconds to automatically shut down the fan. The blue light will remain on while the fan is operating.
